Join us and become part of a growing organization where your contributions make a meaningful impact.\n\nWe are looking for a qualified Renewables Construction Manager (EV Charging, Batteries, Solar).\nThe Renewables Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing field construction activities for mainly for electric vehicle charging projects (Civil and Electrical for L2 and DCFC), but we are quickly expanding into battery energy storage and solar PV projects as well. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, specifications, permits, and utility standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead day-to-day construction management for EV charging station builds (site civil, foundations, grounding, transformers/switchgear, panels, chargers, commissioning support).\nManage contractors and crews: scope, scheduling, productivity, daily reporting, and coordination with design/engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.\nEnforce safety programs and jobsite compliance (tailboards, JHAs, stop-work authority, incident prevention).\nOversee quality control: inspections, testing coordination, punch lists, as-builts, and closeout documentation.\nControl project cost and schedule: forecasts, change orders, material tracking, invoice review, and progress reporting.\nCoordinate permits, traffic control, right-of-way access, outages/switching, and stakeholder communication (utilities, AHJs, customers, property owners).\nEnsure compliance with NEC/NESC, local codes, utility standards, environmental requirements, and contract specs.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n5+ years of construction management experience, at least 2+ in EV charging infrastructure specifically.\nStrong understanding of electrical/civil construction means and methods, testing/commissioning interfaces, and contractor management.\nProficiency with schedules, budgets, reporting tools.\nValid driver’s license;
