The foreman performs and directs tower installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and closeout work while maintaining safe practices, installation quality, and control of field labor and equipment.\nThis role turns the approved project scope and labor budget into a daily work plan, verifies completed work, and reports progress and exceptions to the Construction Manager.
