The Director of Risk Management will be responsible for ensuring Utilities One adheres to all regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements relevant to the utilities industry. This individual will develop, implement, and oversee enterprise risk management policies, assess insurance coverage, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance across all company operations, including contractor engagements. The role includes reporting risk-related matters to senior management and implementing procedures to strengthen operational resilience and regulatory adherence.
