This is an opportunity for driven professionals who take ownership of safety, quality, timelines, and profitability and want to make a meaningful impact by building critical infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily operations of in-house UG drilling crews;\nEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and client specifications;\nManage jobsite documentation, restoration, and bore logs;\nCoordinate with regional managers and coordinators to meet project goals;\nRead and interpret job prints, locate utilities, and ensure proper bore paths;\nTrain and mentor crew members for growth and consistency;\nDrive production results while maintaining quality and compliance;\nOversee equipment use and maintenance, ensuring readiness for each project;\nGrow crew capacity over time to take on more work and increase earning potential.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n 2+ years of experience in underground drilling operations (HDD);\n Valid driver’s license (CDL);\nStrong knowledge of HDD equipment, safety practices, and restoration work;\nAbility to read and interpret job prints and bore profiles;\nPrior experience leading field crews strongly preferred;\nClear communication and leadership skills;\nBusiness-minded with an interest in growing teams and earning from performance;\nWillingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.\nBenefits\n Weekly Payment Range: $2,000-$4,000 (paid per foot);\nCompany-provided equipment, logistics, and full project support;\nBack-office assistance (legal, licensing, compliance);\nLeadership mentorship and growth opportunities;\nBuild your future with a rapidly expanding infrastructure company;\nPartner with Utilities One under an MSA -
