The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, data modeling, and CI/CD, along with the ability to lead technical delivery and maintain a stable, high-quality Salesforce environment.\n\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST), Daily On-Site.\n\nLocation: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana - 122011.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.\nDevelop Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable Apex classes, with a solid grasp of governor limits and bulk-safe patterns.\nSupport Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend, and Celigo.\nDesign and optimize Salesforce data models, security, automation, and application architecture.\nManage Salesforce deployments and CI/CD processes using SFDX, scratch orgs, GitLab/GitHub pipelines, and automated testing, ensuring code quality through appropriate testing, documentation, code reviews, and release practices.\nPerform data migration, data transformation, and org consolidation activities.\nDevelop and maintain Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is must.\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 3+ years in a Senior/Lead capacity, with strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable Apex, and a solid understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and scalable development patterns.\nStrong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modelling.\nHands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations, including middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Celigo.\nExperience with SFDX, scratch orgs, Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nExperience with Salesforce data migration, data transformation, and/or org consolidation.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification is required;
