This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Water Division, helping coordinate projects, vendors, materials, staffing, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the Water Division Director with daily operations and departmental planning.\nSupport the management of water-related projects from planning through completion.\nCoordinate project schedules, deadlines, resources, and field activities.\nPrepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.\nAssist with payroll review, tracking, and submission.\nObtain pricing and quotations for materials, equipment, tools, and services.\nParticipate in purchasing decisions and help ensure expenditures remain within established budgets.\nAssist with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.\nPrepare and submit requests for proposals and other procurement documents.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.\nMaintain accurate inventories of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.\nMonitor stock levels and arrange replenishment as necessary.\nOrganize departmental records, reports, contracts, and project documentation.\nHelp identify and resolve scheduling, operational, and vendor-related issues.\nEnsure work is performed in accordance with organizational policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.\nAct on behalf of the Water Division Director when assigned.\nPerform other related duties as required.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nPrevious experience in water utilities, public works, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related field.\nSupervisory, project coordination, or administrative management experience.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with invoicing, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, and vendor management.\nAbility to review quotations and support purchasing and procurement decisions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business software.\nKnowledge of workplace safety practices and relevant water-industry regulations is preferred.\n\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance plans;
