This role is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment while learning about finance and contract management.\nYour responsibilities will be as follows:\nInvoice Handling: Help process and track invoices while learning to distinguish between operational (Opex) and capital expenses (Capex);\nTimesheet Management: Support in tracking and managing working hours for external employees;\nContract Review Assistance: Help review contracts to ensure compliance with DORA regulations. Handle multiple requests and decisions, providing support to the assigned Project Manager (PM) and contract owner;\nGeneral Administrative Tasks: Contribute to various daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare purchase orders, provide cost justifications, follow-up with suppliers and monitor renewals.\nYour profile - Have you got what it takes to become our IT Procurement Intern?\nOn-going Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field;\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.
