工作职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责公司内部质谱仪等新项目仪器的安装、调试、维护及现场技术支持工作，确保公司设备的稳定运行;

2、为客服制定仪器标准操作sop、故障排除方案，并关于仪器原理、维护保养、故障处理等多方面为客服提供专业技术指导;

3、快速响应客服市场服务中遇到的技术问题，提供有效的解决方案;

4、掌握客服动态技能水平，针对性制定包含但不限于视频、常用办公软件等课件培训客服;

5、协助研发完成新项目产品的性能验证，协助车间优化生产工艺;

6、维修市场返修配件，系统测试备件性能。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，电子、电气、机电、自动化等相关专业背景;

2、具备电气设备领域、IVD行业，熟悉TOF-MS质谱仪原理、结构及工艺者优先;

3、具备良好的现场问题分析与解决能力，能独立进行进行设备故障诊断与维护;

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力与客户服务意识，能接受全年偶尔短期出差;

5、有CET4证书，具备良好的中英文读写能力，能够阅读和理解设备技术文档;

6、熟悉当前常见AI模型，会用AI智能处理复杂数据及判断逻辑，熟悉2款以上视频剪辑软件，具有一定视频剪辑。
