You'll build financial processes on new projects, ensure the accuracy of accounting operations, and own timely reporting and financial controls across the business.\nResponsibilities\nOversee accounting operations for multiple entities across different jurisdictions, including monthly financial reporting\nSupervise day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely closing\nMaintain and strengthen financial controls across all entities\nManage cost control and own the budget approval process\nDesign finance control processes, then continuously optimise them for greater efficiency and scalability\nPrepare consolidated monthly management reports in partnership with the Head of Finance\nPrepare and review regulatory reports in collaboration with external advisors\nTrain and mentor junior finance specialists, supporting their professional growth and technical development\nCoordinate external audits and act as the main point of contact for auditors\nDeliver ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions\nRespond promptly to finance-related questions and requests from the CEO and wider team\nRequirements\n5-7 years of experience in financial control, finance and accounting or treasury\nKnowledge of IFRS\nExperience with supervising, mentoring or leading junior finance associates\nComfortable working fully remote\nEnglish - advanced or fluent\nWork experience in BIG-4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPGM)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nFast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment\nAbility to manage external consultants and legal advisors effectively\nNice to have\nSpanish or Russian or Ukranian language speaking skills\nBenefits\nRemote collaboration.
