We are looking for someone that will support our mission within budget.\nThis position executes cybersecurity-focused project support and subscriber alignment activities for the CSSP, including standards compliance, reporting, sustainment transition, and CORA scheduling/readiness tracking across all supported sites. This position will be based in Adelphi, MD, with occasional remote work.\nWhat will you be doing?\nThis position will be a key member of the Mission Support Team. Duties include:\nSupport IT and cybersecurity projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout to meet technical and mission objectives.\nEnsure work aligns with applicable cybersecurity/IT standards, frameworks, and best practices.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver outcomes within scope and schedule.\nAssist with budgets, schedules, quality planning, and project documentation in partnership with Financial Analysts and Quality Assurance.\nProduce recurring and ad-hoc reporting using qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess operational effectiveness and service delivery performance.\nSupport non-traditional subscriber alignment end-to-end (e.g., TEMs, solution development, procurement coordination, configuration, delivery) and transition to sustainment for operational services and renewal.\nTrack and coordinate CORA scheduling for all CSSP sites in accordance with CSSP timeframes/inspection schedules, and report CORA readiness status to customer sites and the C5ISR Center CSSP.\nWhat skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?\nThis position will require the following:\nBachelor’s degree required (related field preferred), with 8 yrs experience or 10 yrs of additional relevant experience\nDoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance Required\nStrong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments in a dense environment to meet defined and/or undefined deliverables.\nProficiency in delivering concise briefs and reports to large groups and senior leaders, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts.\nPossess expertise in cloud technology, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, services, and best practices relevant to cybersecurity.\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, to efficiently manage and prioritize high volumes of email communication, ensuring timely responses and effective correspondence management.\nFamiliarity with Army and DoD policies influencing the cybersecurity community, ensuring compliance and alignment with relevant regulations and directives.\nUtilize project management principles and methodologies (PMI) to effectively plan, execute, and complete tasks, ensuring efficient project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction\nPreferred experience in using Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.\nMust be able to speak, read, and write fluent English\nMust be a US Citizen.\n\nRead about our benefits here: Our Benefits - UTRS |Always, Got Your Back\nUTRS is an Equal Opportunity employer.
