Duties include:\nDesign layout improvements, upgrading equipment, and optimizing space to maximize productivity of a manufacturing facility\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and building codes\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders for facility modernization\nAttend stakeholder meetings and brief updates to stakeholders\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?\nThis position will require the following skillsets and experience:\nMust have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 1-5 years of experience, preferably within manufacturing facilities\nProject management experience\nPass drug and alcohol testing\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nMust be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly\nBasic PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nTravel requirements up to 20%\nMust be able to obtain a CAC ID\nMust have a valid driver’s license\nMust be US Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET security clearance\n\nRead about our benefits here: Our Benefits - UTRS |Always, Got Your Back\nUTRS is an Equal Opportunity employer.
