Responsibilities\nDesign, build and maintain scalable web applications, front-end and back-end\nTranslate wireframes, mockups and functional specs into high-quality code\nBuild responsive, modern UIs using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS\nDevelop back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express\nWork with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query development\nIntegrate third-party services and APIs, such as Stripe, OpenAI and authentication providers\nImplement background job processing (BullMQ/Redis) and handle data imports/exports (CSV, Excel)\nOptimize applications for speed, scalability and performance\nImplement testing, CI/CD workflows and version control best practices\nTroubleshoot and debug across the full stack and external services\nMaintain clear documentation to support future scaling\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams and iterate on customer feedback\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of full-stack web development experience\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React\nBack-end experience with Node.js and Express\nExperience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs\nFamiliarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure) and deployment workflows using Docker\nStrong Git and version control skills\nAbility to work independently and in a lean, fast-paced team\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nPreferred Experience\nExperience at early-stage startups or with MVP development\nExperience with AI integration (OpenAI or similar
