This role is responsible for the entire creative process from defining requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets, through to producing and editing video and audio content for marketing, product, and internal communications. You will shape how Uvation looks, feels, and sounds across every touchpoint websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring brand vision to life.\nKey Responsibility\nAudio/Video Production (Mandatory)\nPlan, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and internal communications\nProduce motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates aligned with brand guidelines\nRecord, edit, and mix audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations - ensuring clean, professional sound quality\nManage end-to-end AV production workflow scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, colour grading, and final export\nCreate and maintain a library of reusable video and motion templates for recurring marketing and internal content needs\nCollaborate with marketing on video strategy for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content\nManage AV equipment, lighting, and recording setup for shoots and internal video needs\nCross-Functional & Strategic\nCollaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives\nManage multiple projects within design specifications, timelines, and budget restrictions\nStay updated on industry trends, design tools, AV production techniques, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative field.\nExperience\n3-7 years of relevant experience spanning graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production. Proven portfolio required across both disciplines\nDesign & UI/UX Tools (Required)\nFigma - UI/UX design and prototyping\nAdobe Photoshop - image editing and compositing\nAdobe Illustrator - vector illustration and branding assets\nAdobe InDesign - print and layout design\nJira - Agile project tracking\nAudio/Video Tools (Required)\nAdobe Premiere Pro - video editing\nAdobe After Effects - motion graphics and animation\nAdobe Audition or equivalent - audio editing and mixing\nDaVinci Resolve - colour grading (preferred)\nWorking knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment\nFamiliarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
