Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project outcomes.\nVendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.\nQuality Control: Oversee quality control processes within the project to ensure the final product meets the project requirements and quality standards.\nReporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management. Document project processes and outcomes for future reference and learning.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are highly desirable.\nExperience: At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, databases, and cloud services. Proficiency with project management software and tools.\nSoft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
