This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and for the company.\nResponsibilities & Duties\nAssist with facilitating communications, scheduling, business requirements/gap analysis, and testing.\nAct as a single point of contact for project communications.\nManagement of project resources related to project tasks, risks, and any acceptance criteria and signoffs.\nConfirmation that project documentation is delivered with high quality and timelines.\nSchedule and facilitate project Team Meetings along with Weekly status reports / Status meetings as needed.\nCoordinating with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.\nMeeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.\nPreparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.\nEstablishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.\nCoordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process to the clients.\nConducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.\nPreferred skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.\nAbility to work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment to analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action.\nAbility to make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.\nSolid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.\nA proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.\nPrior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.\nExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members.\nBalanced business/technical background:\nSufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively.\nAbility to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Experience leading and managing IT projects following SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall best practice.\nExperience planning, leading, and tracking IT projects.\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.\nExperience gathering IT requirements from clients/business partners.\nExperience gathering IT requirements from client/business artifacts like documents, letters, forms, reports, websites, intranet sites, etc.\nExperience documenting detailed, formal requirements including Business Cases, Use Cases, User Stories, etc\nExperience diagraming detailed, formal requirements including Current State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Future State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Use Case Models; Data Flow Models; SWOT; Business Objective Models; Cause/Effect, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.\nExperience serving as a servant-leader in IT Agile projects.\nExperience coaching and mentoring project teams, business partners and stakeholders in SDLC, project management, and agile frameworks methodologies and best practices.\nExperience leading and managing remote teams.\nProficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio\nExperience managing projects using MS SharePoint including creating and managing SharePoint Lists\nCertifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, A-CSM, A-CSPO, or ITIL are preferred.\nAbility to travel if needed. \nSix Sigma Certification\nSAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification\nExperience in the health solutions industry\nFamiliarity with project, program, and agile tools\nServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, Miro are a plus.\nBehavioral Competencies\nEntrepreneurial: High energy level, sense of urgency and intellectual curiosity, confident, thorough, not afraid to make decisions, oriented toward practical solutions.
