The resource should have strong hands-on experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control, SAP Fiori, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, and SAP HANA Security.\nThe role will support daily security operations, access provisioning, role maintenance, audit compliance, incident resolution, and security-related project activities.\nKey Responsibilities \nProvide L2/L3 support for SAP authorization, access, and security-related incidents.\nCreate, modify, test, and maintain SAP single, composite, derived, and business roles.\nPerform user administration, role assignments, access reviews, and authorization troubleshooting.\nSupport SAP GRC Access Control modules, including:\nAccess Risk Analysis\nAccess Request Management\nEmergency Access Management\nBusiness Role Management\nSupport SAP GRC Process Control activities, including control monitoring, control testing, issue management, and compliance reporting.\nAnalyze and resolve authorization issues using tools such as SU53, STAUTHTRACE, ST01, SU24, and PFCG.\nSupport SAP Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, OData services, ICF services, and Gateway authorizations.\nMaintain SAP BW and BW/4HANA security, including analysis authorizations, authorization objects, reporting access, and hierarchy-based restrictions.\nSupport SAP HANA Security, including database roles, repository roles, HDI roles, object privileges, schema privileges, and analytical privileges.\nAdminister SAP BusinessObjects security, including users, groups, folders, universes, reports, and row-level access.\nPerform Segregation of Duties analysis, risk remediation, mitigation control assignment, and firefighter access reviews.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing access evidence, role details, SoD reports, and remediation updates.\nAssist with SAP upgrades, S/4HANA projects, role redesign, security testing, and production deployments.\nCoordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, Audit, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.\nPrepare security documentation, support procedures, test scripts, and knowledge-transfer materials.\nRequired Skills \nStrong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Security.\nExperience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway Security.\nExperience with SAP BW or BW/4HANA analysis authorizations.\nKnowledge of SAP HANA database and calculation-view security.\nExperience with SAP BusinessObjects security and CMC administration.\nStrong understanding of role design, authorization concepts, least privilege, and Segregation of Duties.\nExperience supporting SOX controls, audits, access certifications, and compliance activities.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nQualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n8-10+ years of SAP Security experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise SAP environments in an L2/L3 capacity.\nSAP Security, SAP GRC, CISA, CISM, or related certification is preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3250,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cybersecurity","Penetration Testing","Information Security"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T10:25:05Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":50,"reasons":["conf:2","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T16:15:35Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/uvcyber-senior-sap-security-consultant","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/uvcyber-senior-sap-security-consultant.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-23T16:15:35Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
