You will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our multidisciplinary system, ensuring its high performance across various applications.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, particularly in optical sensors and visible light cameras.\nA day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:\nLead a multidisciplinary team of 5-7 engineers across system engineering, optics, and embedded software \nLead by example, fostering technical excellence, ownership, and accountability.\nDrive the development of innovative system-level solutions to challenging customer use cases.\nLead system architecture definition for new products through close collaboration with optics, mechanics, electronics, SW, and algorithm teams.\nOversee system design, integration, calibration, validation, and performance optimization.\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of complex customer and field issues.\nEstablish efficient system engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve development speed and quality.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in electrical engineering, physics or equivalent - Must. M.Sc. advantage\n7+ years of experience in system engineering in a multidisciplinary company\n2+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering team\nStrong background in system architecture, integration, and multidisciplinary product development\nExperience with imaging systems.
