You’ll handle incident triage, bug fixes, and small improvements while collaborating with the core team when escalation is needed.\nShift on Saturday & Sunday options (choose one):\n\n07:00–15:00\n\n15:00-23:00\n\n23:00- 07:00\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot Python/Django web applications\n\nDebug and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL)\n\nOperate core AWS services (EC2, S3)\n\nDiagnose issues with cross-functional teams and implement quick fixes\n\nKeep code changes clean, documented, and secure\n\nHandle end-user requests and provide technical assistance\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate or higher\n\nExperience: 6+ months with Python & Django OR no commercial experience but:Completed relevant courses/bootcamps (Python, Django, Databases, AWS)\n\nStrong fundamentals (data types, HTTP/REST, Git, basic Linux, debugging)\n\nHands-on projects (pet projects, labs, internships) — GitHub links welcome\nSolid knowledge of PostgreSQL (or another relational DB)\n\nBasic familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3)\n\nStrong analytical and debugging skills\n\nBasic understanding of REST APIs and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\n\nClear communicator;
