right stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nHelp build the company's marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working\nSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, across relevant platforms\nResearch unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learn\nCreate campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assets\nSet up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automation\nAsk the right questions before making decisions or starting execution\nClarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiative\nWork with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners\nIdentify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating them\nTest new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunities\nMonitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actions\nDocument successful processes so they can be repeated and scaled\nTake ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation\nRequirements\nExperience working in a startup environment\nBackground in marketing tech companies and reaching key stakeholders\nStrong intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn independently\nStructured thinking and sound judgment\nA high level of ownership and personal accountability\nComfortable turning ambiguity into clarity\nThe ability to move between strategy, analysis, creative work, and hands-on execution\nConfidence using online resources, documentation,
