set standards\nfor code quality, testing, and reviews.\nArchitect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions (state management, navigation,\ncaching, offline-first and analytics).\nDeliver pixel-perfect UI from Figma with high-quality animations and consistent\nbehaviour across devices.\nOwn mobile release management: CI/CD, OTA updates (where applicable), store\nsubmissions, and post-release monitoring.\nCollaborate with backend teams on API contracts, performance, and reliability; ensure\nrobust error handling and observability.\nMentor and support engineers through sprints, planning, estimation, technical guidance,\nand 1:1 coaching.\nReport weekly to the Head of Engineering on progress, risks, and roadmap delivery.\nMust-have requirements\n7+ years building mobile apps with 3+ years of production React Native experience at\nscale.\nStrong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals;
