The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.\nThis role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.\nManage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.\nEstablish and maintain:\nProgram governance\nExecutive reporting frameworks\nRisk registers\nRAID logs\nExecutive dashboards\nServe as the primary point of contact for:\nExecutive stakeholders\nSteering committees\nC-level executives\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with:\nGovernment entities\nEnterprise clients\nStrategic partners\nInternal leadership teams\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including:\nUX\nCX\nProduct Management\nTechnology\nData\nAI\nPMO\nExternal vendors\nIdentify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges.\nManage:\nProject planning\nResource allocation\nBudgeting\nForecasting\nFinancial performance\nEnsure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.\nFacilitate:\nExecutive workshops\nStrategic planning sessions\nDecision-making meetings\nMentor project managers and delivery teams.\nContinuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 10 years of Project Management experience.\nAt least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.\nPrevious experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization (highly preferred).\nBachelor's degree in:\nBusiness\nEngineering\nInformation Technology\nComputer Science\nRelated field\nMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent) (preferred).\n PMP Certification (Mandatory).\nAdditional certifications are highly desirable:\nPRINCE2\nAgile\nScrum\nSAFe\nPMI-ACP\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience delivering mega projects valued in the multi-million SAR range.\nExtensive experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.\nStrong commercial and financial management skills, including:\nBudgeting\nForecasting\nContract management\nExcellent leadership and people management skills.\nStrong program planning, governance, and dependency management capabilities.\nDeep understanding of:\nAgile\nWaterfall\nHybrid delivery methodologies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under pressure.\nExceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.\nLanguage Requirements\n
