\n- 统筹项目从立项、需求确认、方案评审、开发跟进、测试验证、试产量产、交付上线到版本迭代的全过程; \n- 制定项目计划、里程碑节点、资源安排和交付目标; \n- 跟踪项目进度、质量、风险和问题闭环，保障项目按计划推进。\n2. 多版本项目管理\n- 管理不同项目版本的并行推进，如商业版、渠道版、定制版、注册相关版本等; \n- 明确各版本的需求范围、交付边界、优先级和时间计划; \n- 负责版本需求变更、开发排期、测试验收和发布节奏管理; \n- 协调不同版本之间的资源冲突和依赖关系。\n3. 外包研发协同管理\n- 对接硬件、软件、算法、大模型等外部研发团队或供应商; \n- 推动需求澄清、技术方案评审、开发计划确认、阶段成果验收; \n- 跟进外包团队的开发进度、交付质量和问题修复; \n- 协调内部产品、技术、测试、业务团队与外部供应商之间的沟通。\n4. 测试与质量跟进\n- 组织或协同完成硬件、软件、系统联调、功能测试、稳定性测试及用户试用验证; \n- 跟踪测试问题，推动供应商或外包团队及时修复; \n- 建立问题清单、风险清单和验收标准; \n- 确保项目交付成果满足功能、性能、稳定性和使用场景要求。\n5. 生产与供应商协同\n- 协调硬件生产供应商完成样机、小批量试产、量产及交付相关工作; \n- 跟进生产计划、物料准备、装配测试、质检、包装及交付进度; \n- 协助处理生产过程中的异常问题，如物料延期、工艺问题、质量问题等; \n- 具备硬件生产跟进经验者优先。\n6. 注册及合规相关项目跟进\n- 协同注册、质量、研发及外部服务机构推进注册相关项目事项; \n- 跟进注册检验、技术资料、测试报告、风险管理文件、产品说明资料等节点; \n- 协调外部研发或生产供应商提供注册所需材料; \n- 推动注册相关任务按计划完成。\n7. 项目沟通与汇报\n- 组织项目例会、专项会议和里程碑评审; \n- 输出项目计划、会议纪要、问题清单、风险清单、项目周报和阶段汇报; \n- 向管理层及时反馈项目进展、风险和资源需求; \n- 推动跨部门、跨供应商问题解决。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n任职要求\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、软件工程、生物医学工程、项目管理等相关专业优先; \n2. 具备智能硬件、软件系统、AI 应用、物联网设备、医疗健康设备、检测设备等项目管理经验之一即可; \n3. 熟悉项目管理流程，具备需求管理、计划管理、进度管理、风险管理和问题闭环能力; \n4. 有外包研发团队或供应商协同经验，能够推动外部团队按时、按质交付; \n5. 了解硬件与软件结合类项目的基本开发流程，能够协调硬件、软件、测试及业务团队; \n6. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力、资源协调能力和执行推动能力;
