Обязанности:

  • Проектирование B2C и B2B user journeys, flows, информационной архитектуры и интерактивных прототипов;
  • Проработка ключевых BNPL-сценариев: onboarding, лимита, TezQR checkout, выбора срока, платежей, cashback и loyalty;
  • Проектирование Merchant Portal: onboarding, управления точками, промо, аналитики и operational flows;
  • Проведение usability-тестов и быстрых UX-исследований, валидация наиболее рискованных решений до разработки;
  • Участие в Discovery совместно с Product Managers и Business Analysts, участие в формировании решения;
  • Развитие дизайн-системы, подготовка handoff и проведение design QA реализованного продукта.
Требования:
  • 3+ лет UX/Product Design в digital products;
  • Сильные user flows, prototyping, information architecture и работа с edge cases;
  • Уверенный Figma и опыт работы с components/design systems;
  • Опыт usability testing и принятия решений на основании исследований;
  • Умение проектировать сложные многошаговые сценарии, а не только отдельные экраны;
  • Сильное портфолио, показывающее ход мысли и влияние дизайна на продукт.
