Drafter (Engineering Design Coordinator)\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM\nJob Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the system design team to review, prepare, coordinate, and submit Equipment Layout and Routing Drawings (ELARD).\nAssist the Design Manager in preparing design schedules, allocating resources, and establishing project milestones.\nCoordinate with the system team to ensure timely ELARD submissions at each project phase to support Design Acceptance Request (DAR) submissions.\nPrepare and coordinate PMF drawings, 3D shop drawings, typical mounting details, installation drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.\nCoordinate Professional Engineer (PE) endorsements and submit engineering drawings and documents to relevant authorities.\nConduct site surveys, verify existing site conditions, and update engineering drawings and documentation based on site findings.\nCoordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve design, installation, and site-related issues.\nEnsure all engineering drawings comply with LTA design standards, technical specifications, and submission requirements.\nPrepare subcontractor tender packages and procurement documents for project materials and services, including PE services.\nMonitor submission schedules, coordinate engineering interfaces, and ensure project deliverables meet the required timelines and quality standards.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in installation design, drafting, and coordination for MRT, railway, infrastructure, M&E, telecommunications, surveillance, or construction projects.\nExperience in LTA railway projects is highly preferred, with a good understanding of operational railway environments.\nFamiliarity with LTA design standards, technical specifications, and engineering submission procedures.\nProven experience in preparing and coordinating ELARD, PMF, 3D shop drawings, construction drawings, installation details, and as-built drawings.\nGood understanding of construction methodologies, installation practices, and engineering interfaces within MRT stations, tunnels, depots, or railway facilities.\nExperience in conducting site surveys, verifying existing conditions, and updating engineering documentation.\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet project schedules and submission deadlines.\nSkills\nRailway systems engineering, meeting project deadlines, Technical
