Toward that end, we consistently strive to enhance corporate knowledge of the Public Sector client's functional needs and operating environment and to offer services that maximize the client's investment.\nPublic Sector – Consulting vertical has a need of Proposal Writer.\n\nJob Role:\nWe are looking for a Senior Proposal Writer who can produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition. We need proven ability and skills in producing and editing proposal content, The proposal writer will be experienced in participating in review meetings/ final document review, content sign off and document production. This is a role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead responses to Public Sector (US Government experience is preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, and other responses at the contract program level.\nLead storyboard sessions with Bid/ Proposal team members and key stakeholders.\nExperience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.\nResearch, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.\nProactively interact with the subject matter experts.\nAssist the Bid/ Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.\nIdentify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.\nDeliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.\nProvide ongoing proposal strategy and support.\nGain adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirm high quality proposal submissions.\nDesign or suggest graphics for written proposal material.\nDevelop high quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting documents.\nMaintains quality results by using templates, readability, consistency and tone, maintaining proposal support database.\nCoordinate with team members for successful delivery of proposals.\nStore all new proposal content to the drives for potential reuse.\nRequired Skills, Qualification and Experience:\n3-8 years of experience in preparing responses for Federal IT Project/ Staffing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs.\nExperience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.\nExperience in creating boilerplates for proposal responses and maintaining past performance databases.\nExperience in State, Federal and Commercial customers.\nShould have exposure to Staff Augmentation process.\nStrong time management/ prioritization skills.\nMust have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of audiences both via the phone and email.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nExperience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.\nPerks and
