You'll start by working with our Studios and Immersive team to bring ImmersiX experiences to consumers through creative marketing campaigns, engaging content and audience engagement, with opportunities to get involved in other areas of the business as your role develops.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with the planning and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across a range of channels.\nWork with Product Marketing and commercial colleagues to support marketing communications, customer engagement and sales enablement activities.\nResearch audiences, competitors and industry trends, helping the team identify ideas and opportunities.\nSupport digital marketing activities across websites, email, social media and paid campaigns, bringing creative ideas to help grow audience engagement.\nMonitor campaign performance and audience engagement, helping identify improvements and maintain organized marketing calendars and assets.\nTake the lead on day-to-day marketing activities, including ImmersiX, developing content and campaigns that build consumer awareness, engagement and adoption.\nAssist with organizing and promoting industry events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.\nHelp create engaging marketing content and assets, including social media posts, website copy, emails, presentations, banners and promotional graphics.\nQualifications\nSome hands-on marketing experience, gained through previous roles, internships, placements or personal projects, with an enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.\nCreative and analytical thinking, with an interest in understanding what makes marketing effective.\nA genuine enthusiasm for social media, digital content and storytelling, with a creative eye for visual communication and what makes content engaging.\nGood understanding of marketing principles, digital channels and how different activities contribute to business objectives.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCommercial curiosity, with an interest in customers, markets and how businesses grow.\nConfidence working with different teams, contributing ideas and taking ownership of tasks.\nProactive, adaptable and enthusiastic about using AI to work smarter, improve productivity and explore new possibilities.\nDesirable experience\nFamiliarity with digital marketing tools, including website platforms, email marketing, analytics or campaign management software.\nExperience creating marketing graphics, banners or social media assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.\nExposure to marketing campaigns, events, market research or B2B marketing activities.\nExperience creating B2B marketing content, presentations or sales materials.\nInterest in video technology, AI, VR/XR, gaming, film or
