The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable production platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, implement, and maintain highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Manage infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n\n- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, preferably AWS EKS.\n\n- Develop and maintain Helm charts / Helm-based deployments.\n\n- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.\n\n- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Ansible and/or PowerShell.\n\n- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.\n\n- Establish and improve SRE practices around availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and incident management.\n\n- Participate in production incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management.\n\n- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.\n\n- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment and recovery processes.\n\n- Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives.\n\n- Implement security best practices including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.\n\n- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams.\n\n- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- AWS : EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch.\n\n- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.\n\n- Kubernetes / AWS EKS.\n\n- Helm / Helm Charts.\n\n- CI/CD : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Azure Pipelines.\n\n- Automation : Ansible and/or PowerShell.\n\n- Monitoring & Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.\n\n- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Scripting knowledge such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.\n\n- Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and high availability.\n\n- Experience with incident management, RCA, DR, and production support.\n\nSRE Experience : \n\n- Experience working in an SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering environment.\n\n- Hands-on experience improving MTTR, availability, reliability, and system performance.\n\n- Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and error-budget practices.\n\n- Experience with production incident response and root-cause analysis.\n\n- Experience
