processes to ensure seamless deployment of Salesforce updates and enhancements across production and sandbox environments.\n\n- Manage the CI/CD pipeline using Copado to automate deployment workflows, reducing manual errors and accelerating the release cadence.\n\n- Oversee version control practices using Git to maintain code integrity, manage branching strategies, and resolve merge conflicts effectively.\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to release best practices.\n\n- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align release schedules with business requirements and minimize service disruptions.\n\n- Conduct thorough impact assessments and regression testing protocols to safeguard existing platform functionality during new deployments.\n\n- Maintain comprehensive documentation of release notes, deployment logs, and environment configurations to ensure audit readiness and operational transparency.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex Salesforce release cycles with 8 to 10 years of professional experience in technical environments.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, including pipeline configuration, automation, and environment synchronization.\n\n- Strong command of Git for version control, including branching, merging, and managing pull requests in a collaborative development setting.\n\n- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance on release strategy and conflict resolution.\n\n- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical release risks and timelines to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.\n\n- Analytical mindset to troubleshoot deployment failures and implement proactive measures to improve system stability.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment, adapting to varying time zones and collaborative workflows.\n\n-
