This role ensures curriculum alignment, maintains program standards, leads communications, supports partner schools, oversees reporting processes, and guides all aspects of entry level technician development. The Manager acts as a central point of contact for participating institutions and stakeholders, ensuring smooth, consistent, and effective program execution.\nResponsibilities\nThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.\nSpecific Duties:\nStrategic Leadership & Program DirectionLead the repurposing and adaptation of established training content into cohesive entry level technician curriculum used across multiple training environments.\nEstablish annual program priorities such as curriculum updates, training path development, and standards integration to ensure alignment across training partners.\n\nOperational Oversight & AdministrationManage recurring reporting cycles, including monthly donations reporting, weekly enrollment status tracking, and performance updates as required.\nSupport graduation processing by coordinating competency verification, updating records, and ensuring prompt credit assignment.\n\nSchool & Institutional EngagementServe as the main point of contact for participating schools, supporting program operations, communication needs, and performance expectations.\nCollaborate with schools to establish performance metrics, maintain scorecards, and review improvement plans developed by school administrators.\n\nCommittee Participation & Program RepresentationParticipate actively in standards related and curriculum focused committees, contributing to program alignment and ongoing development.\nPresent program updates and performance information at meetings, training events, and educator gatherings throughout the year.\nSupport regional and national training events, competitions, and meetings as required by program stakeholders.\n\nWebsite, Systems & Infrastructure LeadershipManage the secure program website used by partner schools for data submission, tracking, and reporting functions.\nMaintain and distribute policies, procedures, and best practices documentation to all participating schools.\n\nQualifications\nExperience:\n5+ years of experience in any combination of the following: automotive service, technical training support, workforce development, administrative program coordination, or related technical/educational settings.\nStrong communication skills and comfort presenting information to groups.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, priorities, reports, and partner relationships effectively.\nComfortable learning and using learning management systems or similar digital tools.\nDesired Experience:\nExperience coordinating training programs, curriculum activities, or school/industry partnerships.\nExposure to standards committees, curriculum review teams, or technical training environments.\nEducation:\nAssociate degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology, Technical Education, or a related field.\nAt V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
