The qualified candidate will work with a team of systems technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.\nPerforms inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems on site systems and components to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and repair parts and recommend preventive maintenance improvements\nUses a Computerized database to track work orders, request material and update work order statuses as needed.\nPerforms the full range of operation and maintenance; to include but not limited to; scheduled and unscheduled; preventive maintenance, inspections, analysis, troubleshooting and repairs\nCompletes and oversees installations of heating and air conditioning equipment and HVAC and plumbing systems to provide enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities.\nMaintains vehicles, tools and equipment in a serviceable status.\nParticipates in meetings, workshops, training and seminars\nRequests equipment and supplies to maintain correct inventory amounts and ensure availability of items required to complete necessary installations and/or repair.\nResponds to emergency situations during or after hours\nFabricates equipment parts to meet specialty needs and/or replace unavailable parts Transports a variety of tools, equipment\nAssists in determining exact nature and extent of repairs required and assists in major and minor repairs\nCheck equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary. Maintain mechanical operations, standards and controls.\nComplete Work Orders as assigned and complete necessary documentation in Work Order software\nComply with company and customer regulations and policies.
