Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.\nResponsibilities\nPerform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.\nReview maintenance performed across all disciplines-including Powertrain, Engines, Avionics, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding, Armament, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and more-to confirm accuracy and compliance.\nConduct 100% inspections, monthly inspections, and observation-based quality checks.\nVerify aircraft logbooks, records, and readiness data for accuracy and completeness.\nPerform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.\nIdentify maintenance discrepancies and issue corrective actions.\nTrack and validate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.\nClassify findings by severity (major, minor, or observation) and support root-cause analysis when needed.\nReview readiness and maintenance program records (Tool Control, Corrosion, TMDE, Oil Analysis, etc.) to ensure all requirements are met.\nPrepare and submit inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and corrective action documentation.\nMonitor maintenance records, component tracking, and supply documentation to ensure accuracy and proper routing.\nVerify that on-the-job training (OJT) for maintainers is properly executed and documented. Collaborate with Production Control, Technical Supply, and Maintenance leadership to resolve quality issues.\nCoordinate with the Government Flight Representative on maintenance test flight documentation requirements.\nProvide guidance to maintenance teams to promote continuous improvement and reduce rework.\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation / Certifications:\nAssociate degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Technology, or related field.
