Supervises all contract personnel, to include subcontractors at a specific Site and manages the daily operation ensuring operational success in a safe and efficient manner as outlined in the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS).#LI-CB1\nResponsibilities\nThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.\nResponsible and manages all daily requirements at a specific Site or multiple Site locations.\nServes as the main Point of Contact (POC) to the Government at the Site for all Site operational and maintenance requirements.\nResponsible for all Site employees and Sub-Contractors working for the Site LC V contract.\nResponsible for all Scope of Work (SoW) development for solicitations to Subcontractors.\nResponsible for all Technical Evaluations of site-specific Subcontractor proposals.\nResponsible for the establishment of all Site doctrine to include but not limited to: Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction, applicable SoPs.\nReports to the Regional Project Direct/Task Order Manager and completes all required reports and documentation.\nResponsible for accountability, safety, and security of all Site equipment and personnel.\nPerforms other duties as required by Task Order Management\nQualifications\nEducation/Experience Requirements\nEducation/Certifications:Associate’s Degree in Business, Management or related discipline. Bachelors Degree preferred.\nSix Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.\nMust be able to obtain secret clearance and should be able to maintain the required clearance\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\n\n Experience:Ten (10) years’ experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.\nPreferred background in military installation base support/infrastructure management.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations, Site Management or Program Management directly supporting DoD or DoS.\n\nSkills:Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.\nKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.\nKnowledgeable of how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nMust be able to read, write and speak the English language with proficiency.\nRequires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation, and teamwork.\nMust exercise discretion and good sound judgment.\nMust have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office and/or other related applications.\n\nSupervisory/Budget Responsibilities:Supervises all assigned staff.\n\n Working Conditions:Duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures; up to 130F degrees in the summer months, as well as extreme cold areas of the world.\nPotential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist.\nEmployee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.\n\n Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs.; Work will require walking up and down stairs, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting.\nEmployee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
