The candidate must be able to coordinate and perform system backups, hardware installation, software installation, and system upgrades. Additionally, the candidate must monitor all systems to maintain acceptable levels of availability and performance. The position will also oversee, direct, and support a team of personnel of the Automation Support Department (ASD), consisting of Site Technicians, Computer Service Technicians, Printer Repair Technicians, and Electronic Equipment Maintenance Technicians.
