The Maintenance Control/Crew Leader may be the sole leader and point of contact to the Government on standalone teams of fifteen (15) or less, or small teams within a team and second or third shift with fifteen (15) or less employees assigned. Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities : Must be the leader of a field team dispatched when there is a small number of team members. Is allowed to perform up to a maximum of five (5) hours per week of company-related administrative duties (i.e., time and attendance sheets and home office required reports).
