This role ensures accurate stock control, timely resupply of clinical units, and compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety standards.\nResponsibilities\nThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. \nOversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.\nMaintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and documentation in electronic inventory management systems.\nMonitor expiration dates of medications, supplies, and critical equipment; perform proper disposal of expired or damaged items.\nCoordinate with medical, pharmacy, and logistics staff to ensure timely resupply of clinical units.\nImplement warehouse organization, labeling, and storage standards in accordance with safety regulations.\nSupervise warehouse personnel, assign duties, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.\nEnsure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in audits, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.\nPrepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and operational metrics for management.\nMaintain security and access control for the warehouse, safeguarding controlled and high-value items.\nCoordinate incoming shipments, customs clearance, and transportation logistics for deployed operations.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.\n\nExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience in medical supply, pharmaceutical, or warehouse management.\nExperience in deployed, military, or operational environments preferred.\n\n Certification / Licensure:Certification in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management preferred (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics Technician (CLT)) DMLSS, NIPR, MAXIMO\n\nSkillsExpertise in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.\nKnowledge of medical supply handling, storage, and distribution standards.\nStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with inventory management systems and basic office software.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in operational or deployed environments.\nUnderstanding of healthcare supply needs and regulatory compliance.\n\n Working Conditions:Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit.\nIndoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, wet, tropical environment with average temperatures of 85 degrees in the summer months).\nIncludes some industrial production environment conditions as well.\nThe worker is subject to hazards.
