Aligned around a shared purpose, our $4.5B company and 16,000 people work alongside our clients, here and abroad, to tackle their most complex challenges with integrity, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.\nThe WHE Supervisor is responsible for the safe operation and contractor oversight of all U.S. Navy government furnished WHE: lifting equipment, mobiles cranes, transport and other mobile equipment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform all certification testing in the presence of the Government certifying official. \nSupervises the WHE personnel and daily operations. \nMaintenance and repairs for USG Cranes and Contractor Cranes.\nResponsible for all Complex lift Plans. \nEstablish Standard operational procedures for WHE OHE, in accordance with NAVFAC P-307. \nEnsures responsible sections properly maintain all crane and rigging gear records. \nProvides guidance, orientation and training to newly assigned and lower skilled employees.\nQualifications\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalate\nMust possess either a valid driver's license issued by their Home of Record (HOR) or a valid Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) Base Driver's License\nCertified to work on electrical components, sub-assemblies and assemblies for electrical vehicles preferred\nExperience:\nExperience working on electric vehicles preferred\nExperience with Micro Soft Suite\nTraining staff members in operations\nSkills:\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nMust speck, read and write English, including providing and receiving direction in English.\nStrong customer service skills\nStrong computer skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to troubleshoot\nWork Environment:\nExposure to environmental changes such as extreme heat and humidity\nPPE is required in designated area.\nAt V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
