collaboration at our Dallas, Texas office while supporting candidates and hiring teams across locations as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Sourcing & Pipeline Development\n\nSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and anticipated hiring needs.\n\nDevelop targeted outreach strategies for technical, consulting, project management, sales, and corporate roles.\n\nPromote employee referrals and identify new opportunities to expand v4c.ai’s candidate network.\n\nCandidate Screening & Assessment\n\nReview applications and conduct initial screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role alignment.\n\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise screening notes and recommendations.\n\nCoordinate interviews and support consistent, job-relevant candidate evaluation throughout the hiring process.\n\nConduct reference checks and support pre-employment steps as needed.\n\nHiring Manager Partnership\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.\n\nProvide regular updates on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and hiring challenges.\n\nAdvise hiring teams on sourcing strategies, interview practices, and competitive talent considerations.\n\nCandidate Experience & Process Management\n\nServe as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, professional communication at every stage.\n\nManage job postings, applicant tracking records, interview schedules, feedback, and offer-stage coordination.\n\nHelp ensure an organized, inclusive, and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding handoff.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\n\nTrack recruiting activity and key metrics, including pipeline volume, interview progress, time to fill, and source effectiveness.\n\nMaintain accurate recruiting data and prepare concise hiring updates for leadership and hiring managers.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, tools, and candidate communications.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple roles and candidates across the full recruiting lifecycle.\n\nStrong sourcing and candidate outreach skills, including experience using LinkedIn and job boards.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.\n\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for technology, consulting, data, cloud, AI, or professional services roles.\n\nExperience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting productivity tools.\n\nFamiliarity with compensation benchmarking, offer coordination, and employment eligibility processes.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related
