Chuyển đổi số\nXây dựng và triển khai lộ trình chuyển đổi số phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của Công ty.\n\nPhối hợp các phòng ban số hóa quy trình, triển khai và tích hợp phần mềm quản lý, bán hàng, vận hành như POS, ERP, CRM, HRM...\n\nQuản lý dự án công nghệ từ khảo sát nhu cầu đến nghiệm thu, đào tạo và đánh giá hiệu quả sử dụng.\n\n2. Quản trị hệ thống và trang thiết bị IT\nQuản lý hạ tầng, mạng, máy chủ, phần mềm và thiết bị IT tại văn phòng và hệ thống nhà hàng/cửa hàng; đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn.\n\nQuản trị tài khoản, phân quyền, bảo mật, sao lưu và phục hồi dữ liệu; xây dựng phương án dự phòng khi xảy ra sự cố.\n\nLập kế hoạch mua sắm, bảo trì, nâng cấp và triển khai IT cho nhà hàng/cửa hàng mở mới; quản lý tài sản, ngân sách và nhà cung cấp.\n\n3. Hỗ trợ bán hàng, vận hành và người dùng\nĐảm bảo các hệ thống phục vụ bán hàng như POS, thiết bị order, máy in bếp, thanh toán và kết nối dữ liệu hoạt động ổn định.\n\nTổ chức tiếp nhận, phân loại và xử lý yêu cầu hỗ trợ từ văn phòng và nhà hàng; ưu tiên các sự cố ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến bán hàng và trải nghiệm khách hàng.\n\nTrực tiếp tham gia xử lý các sự cố phức tạp; phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để khắc phục kịp thời và hạn chế gián đoạn vận hành.\n\nXây dựng quy trình hỗ trợ, tài liệu hướng dẫn và đào tạo người dùng; tổ chức hỗ trợ phù hợp với giờ hoạt động của nhà hàng.\n\nQuản lý, phân công và phát triển đội ngũ IT; theo dõi chất lượng hỗ trợ và báo cáo tình trạng hệ thống.\n\n4.
