This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI to solve business problems, automate workflows, improve productivity, and introduce scalable AI solutions.\nYou will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create value, designing AI-powered workflows, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and enabling teams to work smarter through automation and intelligent systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Strategy & Innovation\nIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations.\n\nResearch, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools and technologies.\n\nStay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and automation platforms.\n\nDevelop AI adoption strategies and implementation roadmaps.\n\nAI Workflow Development\nDesign, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows.\n\nCreate intelligent automations that reduce manual effort.\n\nDevelop AI agents for task execution and decision support.\n\nIntegrate AI solutions into existing business systems using APIs and automation platforms.\n\nPrompt Engineering\nDesign and optimize prompts for different AI models.\n\nDevelop reusable prompt libraries and AI playbooks.\n\nImprove AI response quality through testing and iteration.\n\nImplement prompt management best practices.\n\nAI Tools & Automation\nConfigure and maintain AI-powered automation platforms.\n\nBuild workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.\n\nConnect AI services with CRMs, databases, cloud storage, communication platforms, and productivity tools.\n\nTroubleshoot and optimize AI automations.\n\nAI Knowledge Management\nBuild internal AI assistants trained on company documentation.\n\nOrganize and structure knowledge bases for AI retrieval.\n\nImprove information accessibility using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar techniques.\n\nAI Governance & Quality\nMonitor AI performance and output quality.\n\nEnsure responsible and secure use of AI.\n\nDocument AI solutions, workflows, and best practices.\n\nRecommend improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.\n\nCollaboration & Training\nWork closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.\n\nTrain internal teams on AI tools and best practices.\n\nProvide technical support and guidance on AI implementation.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nEssential\nProven experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.\n\nExcellent prompt engineering skills.\n\nExperience building AI workflows and automations.\n\nExperience using automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of AI APIs and integrations.\n\nExperience integrating AI with third-party applications.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects independently.\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail.\n\nPreferred\nExperience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.\n\nExperience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or other LLM APIs.\n\nBasic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).\n\nExperience with vector databases and embeddings.\n\nKnowledge of REST APIs and webhooks.\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or CRM integrations.\n\nExperience with low-code/no-code development platforms.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who is naturally curious, constantly experimenting with new AI technologies, and excited about solving real-world business challenges through intelligent automation.
