This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, promoting products and services, and achieving established sales and profitability goals. The Regional Sales Manager serves as a trusted resource for customers by providing responsive support, tailored solutions, and expert product knowledge while collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and VP of Sales to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate sales reporting. This position requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and prospects.\nEssential functions:\nContact customers and prospects within the assigned geographical area via telephone, cold calls, and appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and promote products and services.\nProvide solutions for customer inquiries.\nPromote new business through website leads, referrals, EDA, and other sales techniques to meet and exceed profitability goals.\nGrow accessory sales by understanding customer needs, building relationships, and being a reliable source for support.\nAttend weekly sales calls and team meetings when applicable.\nCreate and process sales documentation accurately and communicate such with the Operations Manager.\nPrepare written proposals, including quotes, reservations, and new contracts, and enter them into the system.\nReview AR weeks and engage with customers who have overdue accounts.\nTrack all sales activity and submit it to the VP of Sales.\nPartner with the Operations Manager to manage drive-away service needs as requested.\nExtensive travel required to regional locations.\nRequired education and experience:\n\nBachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of experience required.\nMinimum of 4-6 years of relative experience and/or training required.\nExemplary communication skills, both written and oral.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions in multiple forms.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nPrevious experience problem-solving with a variety of variables.\nWork authorization/security clearance requirements:\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\n\nAffirmative Action/EEO statement: Vac2Go is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.\n\nNote: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
