Once this foundation is in place, you’ll step into a broader role driving a range of technical and digital initiatives that are critical to our growth journey.\nYour Day-to-Day:\nLead a Business-Critical ERP Transformation\nOwn and drive the end-to-end ERP implementation: from initial concept to successful go-live and beyond.\n\nShape how VÆRIDION operates by translating business needs into scalable system solutions.\n\nBring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless implementation, including integration with our existing PLM system and future MES system.\n\nAnticipate challenges before they arise, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\n\nEnsure smooth data migration, system integration, testing, and user adoption.\n\nEnsure alignment of ERP functionalities with business processes and strategic goals.\n\nDrive High-Impact Technical Projects\nManage multiple technical projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and process improvements.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to turn ideas into reality.\n\nMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nA strong track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).\n\nSolid technical understanding of ERP solutions’ general requirements and implementation milestones and the ability to navigate complex integration needs and system landscapes.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.\n\nA hands-on, proactive mindset-you don’t just manage projects, you drive them forward.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common goal.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management approaches.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.\n\nWe recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry.
