Our software keeps the world flying.\n\nThe Job:\n\nWe are looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Sofia. As a Software Engineer, you need to be closely familiar with enterprise web applications and will be expected to leverage that knowledge to develop sustainable solutions, develop your expertise, and grow together as a team.\n\nSome of your key responsibilities:\n\n• Design and build features in our Java / Spring Boot and Angular applications, from API design to UI\n\n• Take ownership of your features in production: quality, performance, security\n\n• Contribute to technical discussions on application design and architecture\n\n• Make architectural decisions and contribute to technical discussions across the team\n\n• Use AI coding agents to move faster, and judge where they help and where they don’t\n\n• Review code, whether a colleague or an agent wrote it, and keep our standards high\n\n• Help improve our toolset and ways of working, including how we use AI in development\n\nWe’re looking for a person with:\n\n• Experience with building scalable, secure and performant applications\n\n• Strong Java / Spring Boot and Angular skills\n\n• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs\n\n• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar), or a strong interest in working this way\n\n• Can develop fully responsive and adaptive web solutions\n\n• Good grasp of and working experience with relational and/or non-relational databases\n\n• Familiarity with concepts like normalization, indexing, and transactions\n\n• Be a team player to contribute to your team’s success. „Ego“ is a hated word\n\nCan Be an Advantage:\n\n• Experience in building microservices and knowledge of common architecture patterns\n\n• Experience in developing cloud-native applications\n\n• Working experience with containerized applications and caching, load balancing, and database optimization\n\n• Experience with secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and web application security.\n\n• Hands-on experience with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS\n\n• Experience building fully responsive web UIs with CSS libraries such as Bootstrap or Angular Material\n\nOur Technologies:\n\n• Languages: Java 21+,
