Plus, we know how to have fun while getting the job done!\nWhat you'll Be Doing:\nAs the Business Intelligence Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional, technical and business teams including executives to build financial and management analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision making for the business. You will be consistently evaluating the status quo, proposing and advocating for new ways to increase value to business.\n*This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*\nCompensation\nBase Annual Salary: $170,000 to $200,000\nAnnual Bonus: Up to 10%\nYour Impact:\nManage a team of 3-5 business intelligence analysts, mentoring and directing day-to-day responsibilities\nCollect and refine data from business teams to use in analytical analysis\nUtilize data to run internal marketing models on a monthly basis and share monthly insights with product owners\nRun deep dive and ad-hoc analyses for product owners on as-needed basis\nDrive omni channel strategy through holistic, cross-channel analyses\nDrive data and modeling technological advancements to improve level and efficiency of analyses as well as hygiene\nDetermine the best method to gather, model, manipulate and present data.
