We’re seeking Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team-based model alongside experienced CRNAs.\nThis role is a 40 hour week (1.0 FTE) with some week night and weekend call, additional compensation for time worked over 10 hours a day and extra days worked outside of contract. 41 weeks worked, 10 weeks time-off and 1 week of CME. \nWhat you will do:\nDeliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, team-based environment\nParticipate in compensated weeknight and weekend call rotations\nAdminister anesthesia using IV, local, spinal, or caudal techniques for surgical and medical procedures\nMonitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort\nManage airway and provide life support during emergency situations\nEvaluate patient risk through medical histories, exams, and diagnostics\nCollaborate with healthcare teams to determine optimal anesthetic plans\nOversee and coordinate care with CRNAs, nurses, and support staff\nEducate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery\nThis description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job.
