Working closely with C-suite, Head-of, and Director-level client stakeholders, you will help navigate open-ended challenges, transform ambiguity into collaborative problem statements, and coordinate cross-functional specialists to design cohesive solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nChampion the Business Problem: Understand the client's business problem statement or strategic opportunity, acting as the dedicated 'voice of the client' within the discovery team. Define the governing goals and KPIs surrounding the opportunity to establish what success looks like.\n\nAccountable for Solution Delivery: Serve as the primary guide for client discovery engagements, taking accountability for delivering a cohesive, cross-functional solution to that business problem or opportunity. Coordinate specialists across Experience Design, Data, Application Architecture, and Engineering toward one aligned solution.\n\nMake Strategic Trade-Offs: Balance diverse discipline perspectives (e.g., UX ambitions vs. platform constraints or budget boundaries) and clearly articulate commercial trade-off decisions to executive client stakeholders.\n\nSupport Presales & Pitching: Partner with Sales and Account Management during pitch stages, RFPs, and proposal creation to shape problem framing, define discovery scope, and validate effort estimates.\n\nEnsure Seamless Implementation Handover: Brief engineering and implementation teams on core solution intent and business objectives, remaining the key reference point through early implementation stages.\n\nContribute to Practice Growth: Share insights learned on client engagements to continuously refine Vaimo’s discovery playbooks, frameworks, and team knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEssential Requirements:\nDiscovery & Consulting Background: Proven track record leading complex digital discovery engagements within a digital agency, management consultancy, or enterprise transformation environment.\n\nCommercial & Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate digital initiatives through revenue impact, operational efficiency, conversion performance, and ROI.\n\nCross-Discipline Awareness: Broad functional understanding across digital commerce platforms, CMS, PIM, customer data infrastructure, and modern software architecture.\n\nSenior Stakeholder Credibility: Exceptional workshop facilitation, executive presentation, and written communication skills with Director and C-suite stakeholders.\n\nDecisive Problem Ownership: High tolerance for ambiguity, taking end-to-end accountability for shaping direction from problem framing through design handover.\n\nLanguage & Mobility: Fluent, professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, with willingness to travel across the Nordics and Europe as required by client engagements.\n\nDesirable Experience:\nIndustry Vertical Expertise: Prior experience working with Consumer (B2C/D2C Retail), Industrial (B2B Manufacturing/Distribution), or Institutional sectors.\n\nModern Platform Ecosystems: Exposure to enterprise commerce and content platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, commercetools, Contentful,
