As a cornerstone of a broader microservices architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), this role offers a blend of technical craft and team mentorship. You will cultivate the application from the ground up, contributing to production-ready code daily while guiding architectural decisions and partnering with stakeholders and clients to realize a shared vision.\nKey Responsibilities\nGuide the design and delivery of resilient frontend solutions for medium and large-scale projects.\n\nOversee planning, estimation, and technical design, ensuring a high standard of collective quality assurance.\n\nFacilitate the definition and maintenance of frontend architecture standards and best practices.\n\nProvide supportive leadership, mentorship, and code review feedback to foster the growth of team members.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with backend, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.\n\nEnrich team capabilities through continuous knowledge sharing and professional development.\n\nServe as a technical ambassador in client-facing discussions, facilitating workshops and architectural dialogues.\n\nSupport commercial activities by providing thoughtful solution scoping, estimations, and pre-sales engagement.\n\nSkills & Requirements\nCore Expertise\nAdvanced proficiency with React and Next.js (App Router) in production environments.\n\nComprehensive understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and hybrid rendering strategies.\n\nStrong command of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture design.\n\nExperience integrating frontend applications within distributed microservices, with an awareness of API contracts.\n\nAdept at frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest) to ensure software health.\n\nAbility to nurture and maintain architectural standards across the team.\n\nExperience supporting technical decisions and empowering fellow engineers.\n\nValue-Add Skills\nCollaborative experience with REST or GraphQL APIs in distributed systems.\n\nFamiliarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity).\n\nExperience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and containerized cloud environments (e.g., Docker, AKS).\n\nA commitment to performance optimization and accessibility best practices.\n\nOpenness to utilizing AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow.\n\nNice to Have\nUnderstanding of Terraform or infrastructure definitions.\n\nBackground in commerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, etc.).\n\nExposure to monitoring and
