Your key focus is making sure creative requests move smoothly from brief to delivery: with the right resources, on time, and on brand.\nYou will be part of our Brand & Creative team and work closely with your Brand & Creative colleagues, external partners, and internal stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Brand and Creative.\nYour responsibilities include:\nOwning and running creative operations from intake and briefing through to delivery\n\nMaintaining our project management tool as the single view of requests, schedules and workload\n\nDeveloping scalable processes based on organizational needs\n\nDefining how AI tools are used in creative operations and leading the creative operations AI roadmap as part of the broader Brand & Creative AI strategy\n\nManaging a range of projects, including creative productions and continuous development\n\nTracking and reporting on creative operations metrics\n\nManaging and developing our external partner network, from day-to-day relationships, briefs, and arrangements to shaping the network as the organization’s needs evolve\n\nEnsuring that the Vaisala Merch Store is well maintained in collaboration with our Merch Store partner, with efficient processes and an on-brand product catalog\n\nWhat will you bring?\nExperience coordinating or overseeing creative production and leading projects in a creative, brand, or marketing organization, either in-house or at an agency\n\nProven ability to design workflows and processes and developing ways of working based on data and feedback\n\nStrong stakeholder-management skills in a cross-functional environment, including the ability to prioritize competing requests and set clear expectations\n\nExperience or well-formed perspective on applying AI to improve creative workflows\n\nThe ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and changing situations and priorities\n\nUnderstanding of branding and basic principles of visual design\n\nGood communication skills in English\n\nFor additional information please contact Head of Brand & Creative, Anni Ryynänen by phone at +358 45 1127219 on Monday, 19.10. from 15.00 to 16.00, or Friday 23.10. from 14.00 to 16.00.
