Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to support the industrialization of new products and ensure that manufacturability is considered early enough in product development. In this role, you will work with close co-operation with R&D, production experts, operations, and other project stakeholders. The role is closely connected to production, and you will mainly work on-site at the factory. You will report to Senior Manager, Delivery Capability.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading delivery capability implementation in product development projects\nLead joint DFM/DFA effort to ensure that new products are designed for manufacturability\nRepresenting Operations and production needs in R&D projects\nCoordinating input from production experts during projects\nSecuring the needed resources, competencies, and production readiness\nCollecting manufacturability feedback and turning it into project input\nSupporting a smooth handover from development to production\nWhat will you bring?\nStrong project management skills, a certificate (e.g., IPMA-D or IPMA-C) is seen as a big plus\nSolid DFA/DFM skills and mindset\nExperience in a production environment and technology standards\nProven leadership skills and ability and willingness to motivate and coach the project team\nCourage to tackle challenging situations, influence people, and make difficult decisions\nUnderstanding the effect of design on assembly, testing, and production automation\nKnowledge of LEAN & Product Inventory Cost\nUnderstanding or interest in smart factory technologies\nExcellent analytical problem-solving and process development skills\nAbility to share and develop ideas in a team with a continuous improvement mindset\nStrong communication skills in English\nCuriosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work.
