What's your role?
You will be part of our Service Product Management domain of strong professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to help build the capabilities that enable our Service Centers and Field Services to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable services. As a Process Engineer, you will lead operational improvements for our Service Centers and Field Services, initially focusing on improving and standardizing the Service Center process foundation. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with Service Center teams, Field services, R&D, Factory operations, and service teams. You will report to Head of Service Business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Create and improve work instructions, process maps, and repair procedures
- Improve the use of test stations, tools, and technical equipment
- Develop clear repair decision logic and quality release practices
- Analyze service workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead structures problem solving and continuous improvement activities
- Use operational data to improve quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
- Develop and create capabilities for new expanded service offerings
What will you bring?
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent technical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical or process development role
- Experience working with work instructions, process documentation, and standardized ways of working
- Practical understanding of repair, calibration, diagnostics, testing and tooling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods
- A hands-on, collaborative way of working and strong project management and prioritization skills as well
- Ability to lead improvements and support change adoption
- Good communication skills in English
