across organic and branded campaigns\n\nPlan and prepare for shoots: location, equipment, lighting, and what needs to happen before the crew arrives\n\nWork with producers, designers, and the creative team to bring briefs to life\n\nHandle product shots and tech-focused content with care and attention to detail\n\nContribute ideas in pre-production and flag anything that could affect the shoot\n\nAttend major tech events locally or internationally for event coverage\n\nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n1 to 3 years of experience in video production: internships, freelance, and personal projects all count\n\nComfortable operating a professional camera and setting up basic lighting on location and in studio\n\nSolid shooting and editing skills with a good eye for framing and pacing\n\nFamiliar with editing tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.\n\nGenuine interest in tech, mobile filmmaking, and the kind of content ProductNation makes\n\nFluent in English
